I have been doing other types of personal development over the years but never reading - I've always thought "reading is for when I'm still in school, I'm out of school, I don't need to read, blah blah blah" and boyyyy was I wrong! Just last summer, I picked up reading and strive to do a little each day. I've finished a couple of books, LOL. But one of my main goals for this year was to read 10 pages (or more) every day so by the end of 2018, I would have read at least 3650 pages - which equates to about 10-15 books (depending on the pages, of course). The reason why…

My 90-Day Transformation

Fitness, Motivation, Personal Development, Uncategorized
WOW! It has been an incredible 90 days with this journey. Although I felt like I had to "restart" my whole fitness journey again, I'm glad I decided to take control of my life and stopped being the victim. Sometimes I tend to let life take control of me instead of me taking control. In the next few paragraphs, I will be explaining why and how I gained weight. And in the video, it will explain and show what I did to lose the weight. How I gained weight.
